1)Through this representation agreement, you accept to be represented by the company MARKETING ROBOTS SRL, through the Directimo online platform, in order to facilitate the identification and selection of offers for sale within residential condos, according to the criteria established by you, as the BENEFICIARY.

(2) For the purpose of what is established by this agreement, the BENEFICIARY will receive, free of charge, specialized consulting services, recommendations, short list for viewings and follow-up for establishing purchase targets, according to the working method mentioned in the Terms and Conditions section.

(3) In order to optimize the purchase criteria and to identify the offers that meet the BENEFICIARY's requirements, he will benefit from free online and telephone advice, recommendations regarding each stage of the transaction.

(4) In order to benefit from the services offered by Directimo, the BENEFICIARY provides all the information requested by filling in the form included in the website, with the obligation that the information provided is real and correct.

The Service Provider will offer real estate consulting services including property search and analysis, viewing organization, price pre-negotiation, and negotiation assistance. Additionally, access to specialized service providers such as legal, fiscal, mortgage, and property management will be provided during the transaction and post-acquisition phases.

The agreement is valid for 12 months from the activation date, with automatic renewal option by mutual consent.

Subscription Fee: €49 per month for premium account access. The first month and the month of acquisition are free. The monthly subscription can be canceled anytime, while the rest of the agreement remains in place for the validity period, unless agreed otherwise.

For Usual New Developments: 0% commission.

For Resale Properties and special properties: 2.5% of the final net property acquisition price, due within 5 working days after signing the private purchase contract. Monthly subscription payments will be deducted from the commission payable if the client is acquiring a resale property.

Yield analysis including real time occupancy rate, average daily rate and full operating taxes and costs

On demand address check, neighborhood check and ground videos

Provide preferences, requirements and budget for the property purchase

Provide feedback on properties selection and viewings

Fulfill the payment obligations as stipulated

Representation The Client grants exclusive rights to Directimo and the verified local agents to act as the representative for purchasing property in Costa del Sol, Spain, and agrees not to directly engage with r real estate agencies,direct sellers or developers using the informations from Directimo

The agreement may be terminated by either party upon mutual agreement, successful fulfillment of contract purposes, or if payment obligations are not met within 30 days of the due date.

Both parties commit to adhering to GDPR and relevant data protection laws, ensuring all personal data is processed lawfully and transparently.

Personal data will be used solely for fulfilling the contractual obligations and shared with necessary third parties, ensuring compliance with data protection standards.

Neither party will be liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen disruptions.

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be settled in the jurisdiction of the Courts of Bucharest, Romania.
