For us, the ideal scenario is an exit through listing on Stock Exchange in 20230. We are also open to the possibility of an M&A with a strategic partner if it brings a good ROI for our shareholders.

Additionally, SeedBlink offers a secondary market where you can sell the shares purchased through the campaign to other investors within the SeedBlink community.

Your shares in Directimo will be held through SeedBlink, which will act as the Nominee.

A Nominee is a legal entity with distinct and separate rights, similar to an individual or a corporation. In a Nominee arrangement, the beneficiary (you, as the investor) grants another party, called the nominee, the right to hold the title and manage the property or assets. This way, we have a Beneficiary (you) and a Nominee (SeedBlink), who legally holds the shares or assets.

This system provides a simple yet secure way to invest, as a Nominee like SeedBlink is authorised by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) to operate and adheres to strict rules of conduct and procedure.

In accordance with the terms of the investment contract, SeedBlink is obliged to provide you with the following:

- Information about the company’s progress

- Details about shareholder voting rounds and how you can exercise your voting rights

- All profits earned from an exit
